Stuff Back Home have a new shopping weight optimiser!
In the shopping cart you will see three optimising bars like the ones in the picture below. These indicate how full your shopping basket is.
As you can see that they're not completely full, which means you could add additional items till the bar is completely full, for the same delivery price.
Also you can see one is Royal mail and the other two are Parcelforce and DHL.
Royal mail has a limited amount of weight available, if you fill up your basket with items and go over this weight it will disappear, only leaving Parecelforce and DHL's optimising bars left. (some countries vary and don't have the Royal mail option).
There is usually no problem in exporting anything that may be required but customers should check with the import officials from the country they are living in to make sure that there are no restrictions on items that they wish to have sent to them. For recent arrivals, work colleagues will often have a good idea of the rules and regulations that apply to importing food and other goods but it is best to check with the relevant government employees just to be on the safe side. Once it has been established that there are no problems then ordering is a simple matter and we take care of everything at our end so that all our customers have to do is pick what they want and wait for it to arrive. When first settling into a strange culture, it can be comforting to have familiar food and other things from home to help make the transition to a new lifestyle easier and more gradual. Obtaining British foods direct from us is popular with lots of people even after they have been living abroad for many years as there are some things that just make daily life that much more enjoyable.
